Chapter 511: The Fantasy Inn: Lin Xiao's Breakout

Lin Xiao stood alone in the windy wilderness, the flying sand and rocks hitting her face painfully. Her hair danced wildly in the wind like a tangled mess, her eyes were almost unable to open due to the wind, but she still stared at the mysterious and eerie castle.

"What the hell is this place! Why am I so unlucky!" Lin Xiao cursed loudly, his voice full of anger and helplessness.

At this time, the sky was as gloomy as if the end of the world had come, and the heavy dark clouds seemed to be pressing down and swallowing her. The surrounding scene was desolate, except for the wind and sand in the sky and the dry weeds that seemed to be about to break at any time.

"Oh my God, are you kidding me?" Lin Xiao gritted his teeth and said hatefully.

Suddenly, a pitch-black crow flew over her head, screaming. The sound was as sharp as the cry of a ghost, and Lin Xiao couldn't help but shiver.

Lin Xiao took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down. "What are you afraid of? I, Lin Xiao, am not a coward!" She said to herself, trying to give herself courage.

She walked towards the castle with firm but slightly heavy steps. With every step, she could feel the ground beneath her feet trembling in the strong wind.

When she finally arrived at the gate of the castle, the old and heavy door made a dull "creaking" sound and slowly opened. A foul smell came to her face, and Lin Xiao couldn't help covering her mouth and nose.

"This smell is worse than a garbage dump!" Lin Xiao frowned, looking disgusted.

She walked into the castle carefully. It was dark and damp inside. The torches on the walls flickered with a faint and strange light, casting shadows around them into strange shapes. Lin Xiao's footsteps echoed in the empty hall, sounding particularly eerie.

"Is anyone there?" Lin Xiao called out tentatively, his voice trembling in the air.

Suddenly, a gloomy voice sounded in her ears: "Little girl, what are you doing here?"

Lin Xiao turned around suddenly, only to find that there was no one behind her. Her heartbeat accelerated instantly, and cold sweat dripped from her forehead.

"Who? Who is talking? Come out if you dare!" Lin Xiao shouted loudly, with a slight tremor in his voice.

At this moment, a dark shadow flashed past her eyes so fast that she could hardly see it clearly.

"Stop playing tricks! Come out!" Lin Xiao waved the sword in his hand, his eyes full of vigilance.

The shadow appeared again and stopped in front of Lin Xiao. It turned out to be a monster with a distorted face and a foul smell. It opened its bloody mouth, showing its sharp fangs, and pounced towards Lin Xiao.

Lin Xiao dodged to the side and quickly swung his sword at the monster.

"Watch out for the sword!" Lin Xiao shouted.

The monster dodged nimbly and grabbed Lin Xiao with its claws.

"Damn it!" Lin Xiao cursed and swung his sword to block again.

For a moment, Lin Xiao and the monster started a fierce fight. The sound of metal colliding and Lin Xiao's panting echoed in the castle.

"You ugly bastard, don't think I'm afraid of you!" Lin Xiao shouted while beating him.

The monster let out a low roar and attacked more fiercely.

Lin Xiao gradually felt exhausted, but her eyes remained firm.

"I can't fall down like this!" Lin Xiao gritted his teeth and tried his best to resist the monster's attack.

At this moment, Lin Xiao discovered a flaw in the monster.

"Now!" She used all her strength and stabbed the monster's weak point with her sword.

The monster screamed and fell to the ground.

Lin Xiao panted and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

"Humph, it's not that easy to defeat me!"
